This 100 m², 3-bedroom apartment has spacious rooms for rent in a cozy and renovated property. The common area is an open kitchen and living room with a large window that lets in plenty of light. The kitchen corner is fully equipped and has a modern country-style decor. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating and a foldable dining table. There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
The shared apartment is in the charming San Giovanni district. The neighborhood has an old-world charm with its cobblestone streets, but is in a very central location. In less than 5 minutes you can reach Porta Maggiore, which provides connections to almost all methods of transportation.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen and living room are connected with a foldable dining table , couch, storage and shelving.
- The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, and a dishwasher.
- There are 2 full bathrooms to share, one with a bathtub and the other with a standing shower.
- The apartment is minutes from Porta Maggiore, an important public transportation hub, and less than 10 minutes to a metro stop.
- The neighborhood is a very lively place to live, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
