L'appartamento ha una continua manutenzione assicurata dal proprietario che vive nello stesso edificio ad un piano differente. Da poco (Giugno duemilaventiquattro) sono stati sostituiti i sanitari, e la lavatrice ormai vecchia.
Viene fatta regolare manutenzione a tutte le apparecchiature.
Proprietario sempre disponibile a risolvere in tempi brevi qualsiasi tipo di problema o anomalia venga riscontrata.
