L'appartamento ha una continua manutenzione assicurata dal proprietario che vive nello stesso edificio ad un piano differente. Da poco (Giugno duemilaventiquattro) sono stati sostituiti i sanitari, la lavatrice e la connessione internet è con la fibra ad alta velocità. Viene fatta regolare manutenzione a tutte le apparecchiature. Proprietario sempre disponibile a risolvere in tempi brevi qualsiasi tipo di problema o anomalia venga riscontrata. La zona è molto ben servita da metropolitana Linea B e autobus che vanno verso il centro di Roma.
