A room is available to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Via Lorenzo Valla, in Monteverde. Only 1 bedroom is currently for rent as the 2nd is kept for the landlady, although she does not live permanently on the property. There are also a large kitchen and bathroom, each of which are fully equipped. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and come fully equipped and furnished, with a fitted kitchen.
The apartment is in a peaceful, residential area of Monteverde, close to Trastevere and the Tiber. A short walk away, near Trastevere station are a scattering of restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as some useful local stores, such as a grocery store and tobacconist.

What we liked the most
- All of the rooms in the apartment are very comfortably sized.
- Tramline 8 will bring you quickly into the heart of Trastevere, one of the most picturesque parts of Rome.
- It is a short walk from here to the river. What better way to cool down on a hot day than a stroll in the shade along the banks of the Tiber?
