This lovely super penthouse offers a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and a beautiful panoramic terrace.
The large terrace connects all the rooms and common areas, filling the apartment with natural light throughout the day and offering a relaxing open view.
The apartment is extremely well-kept and very clean. The building’s exterior and common areas, including the staircases, have been recently renovated, giving the whole place a fresh and pleasant feel.
All essential shops are within easy walking distance. The apartment is located just a six-minute walk from the train station.
From there, central stations such as Tiburtina and Termini can be reached by train in about fifteen minutes.
A bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, making it easy to move around the city.

A spacious, beautifully renovated penthouse apartment, fully equipped and ideal for those who value cleanliness, order, and aesthetics.
It is located in a residential area with shops and services you may need, such as supermarkets and cafés. The apartment is just a 6-minute walk from the train station, from which you can reach central stations like Tiburtina and Termini in about 15 minutes. Additionally, a bus stop with approximately 7 different bus lines is located just 2 minutes on foot from the apartment. The rooms are usually booked only by Erasmus students, and as a host, I try to accept reservations exclusively from Erasmus students so that everyone living in the apartment can comfortably enjoy the Erasmus experience together.
The apartment features a unique and modern design, combining comfort with style.
