In a residential area, close to the historic city center and universities, the apartment is surrounded by shops and services you may need, such as supermarkets and more.
The metro station is a 5-minute walk, and one of the main bus stations with numerous bus lines is nearby, offering excellent connections to universities and the city center. The rooms are usually booked only by Erasmus students, and as a host, I try to accept reservations exclusively from Erasmus students so that everyone living in the apartment can easily enjoy the Erasmus experience together.
The lively Pigneto neighborhood, well known for its student nightlife, bars, and social life, is only a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment features a unique artistic design.
