We are offering a room in a shared 5-bedroom apartment located at Via Ignazio Guidi, 4 in Navigatori Quartiere Ardeatino, Rome. The apartment comes fully furnished, equipped with natural gas heating and natural gas heated water system. Amenities include a balcony, an elevator, and a common washing machine. In an elegant apartment located on the 3rd floor, we offer a spacious single room of approximately 13 sqm.
The room is newly furnished with a 120 cm wide bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a PC chair, a smart TV, and a private storage area located within the common spaces.
The apartment consists of 5 rooms, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen with air conditioning and a balcony. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included, with the option to arrange cleaning of the private room as well.
The property is located in a refined and very quiet building in the Ardeatino area, directly facing the Catacombs Park, ideal for long walks and jogging. Cristoforo Colombo Avenue is just a few minutes away, offering easy access to Garbatella and Piramide Metro stations, as well as all major universities, the city center, and the EUR district.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is currently under renovation and being furnished. Floor plans, renderings, and photos of the main furniture are provided. The bathrooms are already completed, and the kitchen table will be replaced with a new one along with new chairs (photo attached).
