This luminous 75 m² 3-bedroom apartment is located on Via Valdinievole in Monte Sacro. It has a fully furnished dining area and a functional kitchen which opens on to a balcony. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
Surrounded by the Rio Aniene river, this apartment is located near delicious restaurants and the Entrata Via Favignana Nel Parco perfect for an afternoon stroll. The neighbourhood provides a pleasant contrast between the social life of the city and the tranquility of the parks.
Room description
Bedroom 3 has a single bed and an ensuite. It also has a desk for study and plenty of storage space in a chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe. The window lets in plenty of natural light and looks out onto courtyard views.

- The furniture is modern and chosen with your comfort in mind.
