What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Stanza ammobiliata con uso cucina. L'appartamento è al primo piano di una palazzina di due piani ed è in condivisione con altre due ragazze aventi ognuna una propria stanza. In totale sono tre camere da letto, un salone triplo, due bagni, cucina, grande terrazzo, due balconi e sgabuzzino per circa centoventi mq. Vi è lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, forno, riscaldamento autonomo. Il campus biomedico si raggiunge a piedi in circa dieci minuti. La fermata dell'autobus per la metro è proprio sotto casa. Si raggiungono a piedi tutti i principali servizi quali supermercato, bar, pizzeria, fruttivendolo,ristorante,farmacia.

The apartment is located in Trigoria, a predominantly residential area found outside the city centre. This neighbourhood of Rome is found in the south of the city and offers a more authentic slice of Roman life, outside the hustle of the city centre.

- Trigoria is a peaceful spot, but you'll still have plenty of shops and one good restaurant within reach.
- The spacious terrace is a definite highlight.
