The shared areas include 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located very close to metro, tram, and train stations and the beautiful Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano is located a mere 10 minute stroll, allowing tenants to enjoy the cultural offerings of Rome with ease. The 3 rooms are all furnished with double beds and plenty of storage space. The total area of the apartment is 90 m2.
