This bright 100 sqm, 4-bedroom apartment is fully-furnished and has 4 individual rooms for rent for women. Having been recently renovated, the apartment offers very tidy bedrooms and shared amenities. There is a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms to be shared by all rooms. This exterior apartment is located on via Calpurnio Fiamma, a lively residential and commercial neighbourhood in the south-east of Rome. Via Tuscolana, one of the main arteries in Rome, is only 220m away. Nearby attractions include the Cinecittà movie studios and Parco degli Acquedotti. This landlord doesn't accept males, making these rooms ideal for girls looking for an all-female shared flat.
Room description
This exterior room is furnished with a single bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It has its own key and a balcony overlooking the street.
What we liked the most
- The spacious kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with all you could need for cooking: gas stove, oven, pots, pans and other cooking utensils.
- Three of the rooms for rent have a single bed, and 1 of them a double bed. All of them have their own wardrobes and desks.
- This secure all-female apartment offers bedrooms with lockable doors.
- The apartment is very bright, as most windows face the street.
- There is a shared storage room, which also contains the washing machine.
- Bedroom 2 has its own sunny balcony.
- There are 2 bathrooms to be shared by all the girls living in the apartment, so you will never have to queue for too long to have a shower!
Things to keep in mind
