The apartment shares the main entrance with another flat, but both units are completely independent and have independent keys. The rooms for rent are fully furnished and bedding is provided, taking away the need for new tenants to buy sheets, pillows, and other linen. Shared areas of the flat include 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with utensils and cookery, and a balcony where you can dry your clothes. The rooms are an ideal choice for students, as the university is a mere 1.2km away and the neighborhood itself is one of the most fun and unique areas in which to live. You'll be close to many nightlife options, bars, and cafes, so get ready to be busy all day and night!

- All rooms are quite spacious and provide plenty of storage space.
- As the flat is completely renovated, it features clean amenities.
- We love the modern kitchen, complete with utensils, pots, and pans. You'll have an oven too.
- There is a flat-screen TV in the kitchen so you can catch up on your favorite shows while you cook up a meal!
- There is a small balcony, accessible via the kitchen, so you can enjoy a quick coffee before your class!
- Two sets of bed linen and towels are available and included in the renal price.
- There are two comforters available as well, one for the hot summers and for the cool winters.
