This is a very comfortable studio apartment, ideal for 2 people. The studio for rent is situated on Via dello Scalo San Lorenzo, in the same named district of San Lorenzo. It is fully furnished with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a loft, which you can use to accommodate your family and friends. All the furniture was just recently purchased, so you'll definitely feel a sense of cleanliness! The apartment also provides all necessary bedding, towels, pillows and table cloths. The studio is ideal for students as Sapienza University of Rome is located just a short walk away. You will also be close to all essential services and have access to public transport. The area of the apartment is 25m2.
Please be aware that, although this is an independent 1-bedroom apartment with its own front door, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is located in a larger, 3-bedroom apartment building.
What we liked the most
- The flat is renovated and features a modern kitchen. Though a studio, you have 2 sinks, an oven, and 4-element stove.
- The kitchen has a door that you can close to eliminate light and noise.
- The neighborhood of the flat, San Lorenzo, is one of the liveliest and vibrant areas of Rome.
- As the Sapienza University of Rome is within walking distance, students seeking an independent home close to their school will benefit from having this studio as their base.
- Two sets of bed linen and towels are available and included in the renal price.
- There are two comforters available as well, one for the hot summers and for the cool winters.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady accepts only students and postgraduates
- No family
- This apartment shares the main entrance with another flat, but both are completely independent.
- The window faces a busy street, but as the sleeping area is set away from this window, you won't be bothered by street noise.
- There is a tramway available right outside the apartment.
