The house was renovated in mid-2023, the building was completely renovated at the beginning of 2023, Viale Europa which overlooks the balcony of the house which covers the three sides of the apartment is full of shops and bars and the street next to Viale America has many places to eat, the EUR district is considered the garden district of Rome with its parks and its lake. A two minute walk away (on Viale America) there is the EUR PALASPORT metro stop which allows you to quickly reach the tourist center of Rome Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna. Also close to the post office to send or receive packages.
