Landlord doesn't live in the property, but might use a private closed room at the entrance of the apartment as an office, exclusively on weekdays and only in the morning between 9:00 and 13:00. He will have access three times a week for one hour (exclusively in the morning and never in the weekends) to the common areas, including balconies, to water the plants and check if kitchen or bathrooms need maintenance. He will enter you room only in your presence and with your consent.
