The rooms are spacious, suite-style, featuring an entrance area, a bedroom, and a private full bathroom. The common area of the villa includes fully-equipped kitchen, large terrace, living room, a patio, and a laundry/drying area. Quick access to La Concha Beach and the city center. Weekly cleaning of rooms and common area. All expenses and services are included. Optional private parking available.

What we liked the most
The common area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, dish-washing, dishes, cooking pots, varied silverware, coffee-machine, induction cookers, etc. The laundry features a washing-mchine and a drying machine, with ample room to hang clothes if preferred. An ample patio facing south includes a barbeque, a dining table, a coffe table and chairs, with umbrellas to protect from the sun. A terrace facing north is connected to the kitchen allowing breakfast at open air, if weather permits. High speed internet, Smart-TV in each room, and many other features to make the tenant's life comfortable.
