What we liked the most
The common area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, dish-washing, dishes, cooking pots, varied silverware, coffee-machine, induction cookers, etc. The laundry features a washing-mchine and a drying machine, with ample room to hang clothes if preferred. An ample patio facing south includes a barbeque, a dining table, a coffe table and chairs, with umbrellas to protect from the sun. A terrace facing north is connected to the kitchen allowing breakfast at open air, if weather permits. High speed internet, Smart-TV in each room, and many other features to make the tenant's life comfortable.
