Spotahome's opinion
This 72 m², 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Rodrigo de Pertegás is a very stylish and cool feeling space. The apartment oozes contemporary style, with its clean lines, white walls, and soft recessed lighting. The fittings and furnishings are new and spotless throughout, and the whole place is equipped to feel like home as soon as you move in.
The location here is great; more peaceful than more central areas, but a short distance from everything. The beach, city centre, Universitat Politecnica de València, and Jardí del Túria are all within walking distance, and can be reached even faster with the plentiful public transport in the area. What's more, the immediate area around the apartment is well supplied by local amenities, including several local grocery stores. Ideal!
What we liked the most
- The cool, white walls and AC are ideal in Valencia, a city where the temperature never gets very low.
- The big living room, and the master bedroom both come with large flat-screen TVs.
- Cinephile? Valencia's huge IMAX theatre is less than 20 minute's walk away, on the other side of the Jardí del Túria.
- You could walk to the beach in less than a half hour. Or take the Tram to get there quicker!
