This modern apartment, located close to the beach and city parks, is compact yet stylish with an open plan living/dining/kitchen room. Only re-decorated last week, you could be the first to ever live here! You'll find the apartment ready to move in, with an equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, WiFi and 2 spacious bedrooms. The open plan living room leads on to a short corridor where you'll find the bedrooms and modern bathroom. There's plenty of storage space plus A/C located in the main room to keep the entire apartment cool. This apartment is perfect for couples, students and families alike.
The apartment building is located on a quiet street in the Camins al Grao neighbourhood of Valencia. There's a public swimming pool just behind the apartments and the nearest high school is just a few steps away! This is a nice area of town with many restaurants and shops lining the streets nearby, including a sushi restaurant, Bar Boca2 and quaint bakery. If you don't fancy enjoying a glass of wine in the nearby authentic Valencian restaurant in the evenings, you can pop to one of the many supermarkets just a minute away to find all the amenities you need for home cooking.
What we liked the most
- This apartment was only renovated and re-decorated last week, so it feels brand new!
- The flat screen TV and comfy sofa in the living room are perfect for relaxing.
- Modern glass-topped tables make the interiors feel very stylish.
- You'll have easy access to the pizzeria down the street and various supermarkets just a short walk away.
