This sunny 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de l’Arquitecte Alfaro is on the 5th floor. There isn’t an elevator. Still, the apartment has a comfortable vibe and attractive decor. There is one bathroom with a glass shower cabin and washing machine. The bedrooms are airy and light with double beds. The equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area, but it’s enclosed in a room with windows overlooking the rest of the space. And the living room has modern furnishings including a sofa, TV, and dining table.
Poblats Marítims used to be a fishing village. Since that time, the neighborhood has had its ups and downs, but today it’s home to the Valencia Marina. You’re only 15 minutes away from the harbour and Balearic Sea and 20 minutes away from Playa del Cabanyal. In your immediate area, you’ll find numerous restaurants and a nearby Mercadona supermarket. And if you don’t want to work out dancing the night away at a few of the nearby nightclubs, there is a gym just up the street.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
- You get tons of sunlight into the living area.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
- You’re close to restaurants and a supermarket.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator to help you climb up to this 5th-floor apartment.
