We think so. It's a bright and beautiful home with all the essentials in one place. The wonderful location is great for that much needed city escape.

You're going to really enjoy kicking back in this living area. Seriously it's a luminous space with plenty with a dining table, chairs and a sofa. Pure comfort at its best.
We think this location is ideal for beach bums. Trade crowded bars and cafes for the joy of feeling the sand between your toes and the sun on your skin.
Give me 1 more reason to live here...

This is a 1st-floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Dr. Lluch in Valencia. It's bright and modern with perks like AC for when Valencia starts to get sweaty and dishwasher to make your life easier.
It is perfect for anyone who loves the beach. Which is most people, right? Being this close to the sandy shores of Platja del Cabanyal is a real bonus, especially for those summer weekends.
What we liked the most
- Staying cool, calm, and collected - thank goodness for AC.
- Popping down the beach for a quick swim - you're a mere 5 minutes away.
- Saving time and energy - a dishwasher is another perk.
