This chic 3-bedroom apartment covers a generous 92 m² on Carrer de Ramon Muntaner, in Xirivella. This apartment is a little outside the centre of Valencia, and comes full-equipped. The modern furnishings include a washing machine, oven, microwave and TV.

There are plenty of restaurants close to this apartment, and Lidl supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. There is also a few bars and a night club within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
  • The large lounge is the perfect place to unwind with your flatmates after a long day.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
  • The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one shared bathroom.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
