We think it’s ideal for tenants looking for tranquility close to the city centre. Walk from this residential area to neighbouring Russafa for a huge range of bars, restaurants, markets and cafés.

This is a modern 4th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Tirant lo Blanch, Valencia. It boasts a newly renovated interior with brand new everything, plus 2 cosy shared balconies.

This property is ideal for tenants looking for a peaceful spot close to the action. You're an easy walk from a huge range of bars and restaurants, and just 20 minutes from the very city centre.

What we liked the most

  • Hosting movie night — get comfy on that big sofa and show off this funky space.
  • Sipping coffee on the balcony — enjoy the sun and peace.
  • Exploring Russafa — check out the Russafa Market for great seafood, bread and produce.
