Things to keep in mind
The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. Tenants are responsible for the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 20€, this is divided by the number of tenants).
CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm
We do NOT do checkins on weekends, in the case of needing it, this will have an extra cost of 50€ and is subject to staff availability.
