Fully furnished and nicely decorated room available near Metro Wilanowska subway station in Warsaw's Mokotów District.
The apartment is quiet, well maintained, clean and tidy, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances, e.g., full size oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. It is located on a lower ground floor in excellent and very safe neighbourhood of this prestigious part of Warsaw.
Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with comfortable single bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.
There are blinds on all windows, so that you can have privacy. Each room has a huge window with garden almost coming to your room. You even may grow your own herbs behind the window if you feel like it :)
You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o. - girls and boys). All our tenants prefer to live in a quiet home, so the place is very peaceful. We specially invite those who don't plan to party or make noise at home, understand that there are plenty of places in Warsaw where you can spend a great time - and come home to rest here (thus allowing the same other tenants). All our tenants participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat so we specially welcome those who like clean environment around you and who understand that everybody needs to contribute to keep the flat clean.

The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest.
Regular cleaning of shared parts of the apartment is included in the price, however please note that each tenant is expected to clean and participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat.

1) As in case of all shared flats it is very important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, this is monitored and executed in our properties. If you and brush or a vacuum cleaner are not on a friendly terms, maybe this is not the best offer for you 😊. Only our tenants sleep here so no sleep-overs of non-tenants are accepted.
2) All our buildings are clean, quiet and peaceful places, no parties or making noise is allowed here. Warsaw offers a lot of places where you can meet with friends.
3) We offer places where you can come home and enjoy your rest here in good atmosphere. All our accommodations are safe, monitored, quiet and peaceful places. We invite in particular these young people who declare to comply with the above rules, who like clean and quiet space and who are willing to contribute to maintaining it this way.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
