This modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenue Franz Guillaume in Evere. The apartment comprises a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a big bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a small garden/patio area looking onto the street. The whole apartment is very modern and well equipped, with new fittings and furnishings throughout.
This peaceful residential area in the outskirts of the city is ideal for a professional who wants to escape the noise and hubbub of the centre when they finish work. The area isn't completely lifeless though: there is a Colruyt grocery store nearby for those last minute essentials, and you will find shopping, cafes and restaurants just a short walk away on Chausée de Louvain.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge open plan living area, brightly lit by the big patio doors that lead to your garden.
- You will have a washer and dryer included – very convenient.
- There is a Carrefour Hypermarket just a few minutes' drive away. You can walk there in less than 20 minutes, too.
- With private parking available, and main roads into Brussels nearby, this is a great location for somebody who wants to escape the noise of the city centre, but has to commute in for work.
