2 months' rent required as a deposit. Additional fees apply. See landlord policies.

This modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenue Franz Guillaume in Evere. The apartment comprises a large open-plan kitchen and living area, a big bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a small garden/patio area looking onto the street. The whole apartment is very modern and well equipped, with new fittings and furnishings throughout.

This peaceful residential area in the outskirts of the city is ideal for a professional who wants to escape the noise and hubbub of the centre when they finish work. The area isn't completely lifeless though: there is a Colruyt grocery store nearby for those last minute essentials, and you will find shopping, cafes and restaurants just a short walk away on Chausée de Louvain.

Neighborhood information

Evere:

Traditionally split into Lower Evere and Upper Evere, this district mainly houses single-family homes and supports the non-polluting, cutting-edge industry. If you’re looking for a place to shop, stop by Chaussee de Louvain and Chaussee de Haecht - two of the main roads with plenty of shops. As it is home to the Evere Station, this district has easy connections to the city centre. While this is mostly a residential area, it also features the headquarters of NATO. Former Belgian champion, BUC Saint Josse Rugby Club, also resides here. The neighborhood has easy access to the city centre and the Brussels airport, making this an ideal location for expats.

What we liked the most

  • We love the huge open plan living area, brightly lit by the big patio doors that lead to your garden.
  • You will have a washer and dryer included – very convenient.
  • There is a Carrefour Hypermarket just a few minutes' drive away. You can walk there in less than 20 minutes, too.
  • With private parking available, and main roads into Brussels nearby, this is a great location for somebody who wants to escape the noise of the city centre, but has to commute in for work.
