With an area of 70 m², there is big open-concept kitchen and living room with walls covered in floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is well-decorated with a cozy living and dining area, as well as an equipped kitchen. The en-suite bedroom is also spacious and has a comfortable king-size bed.

Located on the border, the apartment is a great option for those working in the European Quarter. The apartment is located in a residential and commercial area of Saint Josse, surrounded by banks, restaurants, and even a post office. For a little bit of greenery in your life, you can walk to the Square Marie-Louise in just 5 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • One word to describe the bedroom: big. A big wardrobe, a big bathroom, and a big kind-size bed.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped including an espresso machine and dishwasher.
  • The landlord even provides kitchen towels!
  • There is a storage closet equipped with all the cleaning materials you may need.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a washing machine... but it is in a common area of the building, not just for your private use.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
