This stylish 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located on the border of Saint Josse and the European Quarter. With an area of 70 m², there is big open-concept kitchen and living room with walls covered in floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is well-decorated with a cozy living and dining area, as well as an equipped kitchen. The en-suite bedroom is also spacious and has a comfortable king-size bed.
Located on the border, the apartment is a great option for those working in the European Quarter. The apartment is located in a residential and commercial area of Saint Josse, surrounded by banks, restaurants, and even a post office. For a little bit of greenery in your life, you can walk to the Square Marie-Louise in just 5 minutes.
What we liked the most
- One word to describe the bedroom: big. A big wardrobe, a big bathroom, and a big kind-size bed.
- The kitchen is fully equipped including an espresso machine and dishwasher.
- The landlord even provides kitchen towels!
- There is a storage closet equipped with all the cleaning materials you may need.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine... but it is in a common area of the building, not just for your private use.
