Available for rent on Avenue de la Toison d’Or is this contemporary 1-bedroom open concept apartment. You’ll notice the wood floors as soon as you enter into the vestibule, which has a separate water closet with a toilet and sink, while an en-suite bathroom with shower stall is accessible from the spacious bedroom. In the living area, you can relax on one of two posh sofas to watch TV or gaze through the huge windows over the bustling city street below. With a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and ample storage, you can move in without a worry in the world, knowing that everything you need is at hand!

While your apartment is technically located in the Ixelles neighborhood, you’re actually situated along the border with the Sablon. In this case, you get the best of the two right outside your door. On the one hand, you’re close to all the popular city destinations, including the Royal Palace and Park, which is a 15-minute walk away. On the other hand, you’re in a vibrant and colorful area known for its multicultural residents, diverse restaurants and shops, as well as its nightlife. In Ixelles, you can live like a tourist by day and a local by night!

What we liked the most

  • From the view and stylish furnishings to cookware and towels, there is nothing you’ll want for in this apartment - except maybe someone to unload your dishwasher!
  • Located on the edge between two great neighborhoods, you get the best of sights to see during the day, and clubs and restaurants to visit at night.
  • The metro and bus lines are right outside your door, and train stations isn’t far either.
  • The area is brimming with a diverse range of restaurants, and you’re close to supermarkets too.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
