This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Woluwe-St-Lambert, Brussels. Invite some friends over and chill out and watch some television on the living room's leather sofa or comfortable armchair, then have a carbonara at the dining table, which you've prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen. There's a stove and an oven, and you won't need to worry about the washing up - just use the dishwasher! Round the corner is the bedroom, with its double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a little desk for you to study or work. There's also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
This is a fairly residential area, although there's a hair salon and a beauty salon nearby for you to treat yourself. There's also 2 large parks nearby - perfect for a stroll or a picnic! There's also a Metro station a 6-minute walk away, which can get you into the city centre in just a 12-minute Metro ride.
