This sunny 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenue Roger Lallemand is on the 3rd floor. It has gorgeous floors, big windows and a balcony where you can relax. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. There is a tub in the bathroom, the toilet room is separate and the property has a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The main room is open and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the living area has a chic decor with a sofa, chair, sideboard, and TV.

Your new home in Ixelles is to the south of the city center. You’re close to the Libre and Vrije universities of Brussels and there are a couple of nearby lakes. Bois de la Cambre is a half-hour walk away. Closer to home you’ll find plenty to do. There is a gym, as well as a rock climbing gym nearby. You’ll find a sports complex 30 minutes away, and a bowling alley just 15 minutes from your door. Also within a 15-minute walk are restaurants and supermarkets.
