This elegant 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenue Roger Lallemand is on the 3rd floor. It’s a spacious open-plan apartment with lots of natural light, a balcony and modern decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area is furnished with a lovely 6-seat dining table, sofa, chair and TV. One double bedroom has a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk with a chair. There is a toilet room, as well as a bathroom with a tub, and there is a washing machine available in the apartment.

Your new apartment is located in a residential area of Ixelles. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a couple of lakes to the south of your apartment and the large Bois de la Cambre to the west. Along with outdoor activities, you’ll discover a rock-climbing gym, bowling alley, and a regular gym nearby. Abbaye de la Cambre is one of the tourist sites in the area, although this is part of the city has a more local flavor. There is no lack of grocery stores, and you’ll find a variety of cafés and restaurants within a 15-minute walk.
