Rooms are for rent in a renovated, 100 m² house with a garden in the neighbourhood of Forest. This property is spread over 3 floors and is therefore relatively large. This house has a spacious, furnished kitchen located on semi-basement level with natural day-light, accessible from the entrance hall, and a dining area where tenants can spend time together.
Forest is a lively residential area situated to the South West of Brussels's centre. Tenants can reach Parc du Den in 5 minutes and Parc de la Forest is a 2-minute walk away. These are large open spaces which are very pleasant to visit during the summer. The property is also well connected to the city centre, as it is close to several tram stops and Gare de Forest-Est train station.

Bedroom 4 is a sunny and spacious room with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a sofa, and a desk.
What we liked the most
- Each bedroom has access to the garden.
- Pets are permitted on the premises, so you do not have to leave your beloved animal at home!
- There is a dishwasher in this house which facilitates the post-meal cleaning routine.
- Tenants have access to a dryer and a washing machine.
- Dudenpark is just 11 minutes from the property. This is a pleasant place to go jogging or enjoy a picnic.
