This house has a spacious, furnished kitchen located on semi-basement level with natural day-light, accessible from the entrance hall, and a dining area where tenants can spend time together.

Forest is a lively residential area situated to the South West of Brussels's centre. Tenants can reach Parc du Den in 5 minutes and Parc de la Forest is a 2-minute walk away. These are large open spaces which are very pleasant to visit during the summer. The property is also well connected to the city centre, as it is close to several tram stops and Gare de Forest-Est train station.
