The apartment is ideal for two people who want to make the most of all the possibilities that the city offers, and need to live one season in Barcelona, it is perfectly conditioned and equipped to live for a year in the city.
The living room and the kitchen are in the same room, it is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, it is new and in it there is absolutely everything you need to cook comfortably for a long time. The room is double, and has two single beds that, if you prefer, can also be put together. The wardrobes in the room are built-in, they are spacious and with a lot of space. There is also an extra place to store suitcases and little-used items. There is also a large chest of drawers to store everything you need, and a very large bathroom with two sinks, and a shower. There is also space to hang clothes and there is a washing machine.
The apartment is a ground floor with direct entrance from the street but with all security, there is a machine to avoid humidity because the area in which the apartment is located is very close to the beach. It is also equipped with free wifi, heating and air conditioning.
Barceloneta is the area that all the people who come to the city want to live or spend a season, because it is perfect: there is a wonderful beach, great shops, and an ideal environment.
