- DEPOSIT AND ADMIN FEE:
- €100 deposit and €40 admin fee for stays under 3 months
- €500 deposit and €80 admin fee for stays over 3 months
- A cleaning fee of €40 will be payable to the Landlord and is not included in the monthly rent. The bedrooms in this apartment come with independent keys for added security. Towels are not provided but bed linen is.
