Hi,
This is a great double room for one person in a well maintained house with all the amenities you could need.
We are a fifteen minute walk from UCD and St Vincent's Hospital and a ten minute walk from the Dart train station and major bus routes.
You'll be sharing with three flatmates, a Spanish girl and two guys one French and one Irish. We are a mix of PhD students and working professionals
We can accommodate stays up to six months. All bills and utilities are included in the rent.
