What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Hi,
This is a great double room for one person in a well maintained house with all the amenities you could need and your own private shower room/ ensuite.
Here in Booterstown we are a fifteen minute walk from UCD and St Vincent's Hospital and a ten minute walk from the Dart train station and major bus routes.
There are no extra charges for bills and utilities, everything is included in the Accommodation Fee.
