There is a room to rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlady on Belmont Park in the North Central Area. The living room is well-equipped with a TV and sofas, and the kitchen comes with everything you need to to cook.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a few other shops within a 15-minute walk. There are also a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. The large St. Anne's park is just over a 20-minute walk away as well.
