    • During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 2% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

      • Utility bills are included in rent, however there is daily limit on consumption.
      • The landlord will check the consumption at the end of the stay and in case of excess it will be charged as follows: €0.50/kWh (electricity), €1/mc (gas).

    Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
    Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
