Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, minutes walk from the tramway which is served by Ligne A & C. The flat is situated on the second floor, with lift and a private balcony. Fully refurbished the apartment consists of five bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations throughout. A secured parking area is available.
Room description
A cozy 10m² bedroom is waiting for you in Grenoble. Rented fully furnished, this bedroom is equipped with a night space made of a comfortable double bed (140x190), a bedside table and a bedside lamp. The bedroom has numerous storages and a workspace furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a bath and a washing machine/dryer. There are also 2 individual toilets, separated. To ensure tenants' comfort, you will find all the household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner) in the entrance of your flat. The flat’s decoration has been thought for the tenants to be able to picture themselves in there by adding their personal touch. The room, which has a balcony, is ideally located in a beautiful apartment in the heart of a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. If you have a car, car park spaces are available for rent. In coliving, your flat, secured with connected locks, is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance.
