Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, minutes walk from the tramway which is served by Ligne A & C. The flat is situated on the first floor, with lift and a private balcony. Fully refurbished the apartment consists of one large size bedroom, three smaller size bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. The kitchen and three of the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations throughout. Secured parking area is available.
We offer you this pretty 10m² bedroom, fully equipped and furnished in coliving in Grenoble. It includes a comfortable night space consisting of a double bed (140x190), a bedside table and a lamp; a work space furnished with desk, chair and lamp, and also a storage space. The room also has a nice balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, and an independent toilet. We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. The understated and chic decoration had been chosen in order to allow each coliver to add their own style to it and feel at home. Located in a quiet residence, the apartment is secured with connected locks. It is close to shops and restaurants. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the many parking spaces available for rent. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
