El edificio se encuentra en Chamartín. Cuenta con varios bares, restaurantes y supermercados alrededor. Tiene las estaciones Prosperidad (línea 4) a 500m y el Intercambiador de Avenida de América (líneas 4, 6, 7 y 9) a 450m.
Se deben pagar €200 al propietario por los servicios mensuales.
