La ubicación de este piso es inmejorable para quienes quieren vivir en una zona tranquila, al lado de la Ciudad Universitaria y bien comunicada a la vez. Está a menos de cinco minutos andando del Metro de Guzmán el Bueno. También muy cercano a paradas de metro Cuatro Caminos y Vicente Aleixandre. Además, pasan varias líneas de buses que te conectan con la Gran Vía, Salamanca, Prosperidad, Guzmán el Bueno, Ciudad Universitaria, Cuatro Caminos, Embajadores, Atocha, Príncipe Pío, Av. Things to keep in mind
- The size of the beds in rooms 1, 2, 3 are between a single and a double. Beds in rooms 4 and 5 are a bit bigger than a standard double.
- Bedroom 6 and 7 on the floor plan have been converted into the entrance hall and living room. See 2nd video to see renovations.
