La ubicación de este piso es inmejorable para quienes quieren vivir en una zona tranquila, al lado de la Ciudad Universitaria y bien comunicada a la vez. Está a menos de cinco minutos andando del Metro de Guzmán el Bueno. También muy cercano a paradas de metro Cuatro Caminos y Vicente Aleixandre. Things to keep in mind
- The size of the beds in rooms 1, 2, 3 are between a single and a double. Beds in rooms 4 and 5 are a bit bigger than a standard double.
- Bedroom 6 and 7 on the floor plan have been converted into the entrance hall and living room. See 2nd video to see renovations.
