This exterior apartment is fully furnished and includes central heating, a doorman reception, and an equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. Please keep in mind that pets and smoking are not permitted in the property, and it is ideal for both professionals and students. Unfortunately, couples are not allowed. Things to keep in mind
- The size of the beds in rooms 1, 2, 3 are between a single and a double. Beds in rooms 4 and 5 are a bit bigger than a standard double.
- Bedroom 6 and 7 on the floor plan have been converted into the entrance hall and living room. See 2nd video to see renovations.
