This exterior apartment is fully furnished and includes central heating, a doorman reception, and an equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. The property ensures comfort and convenience featuring a balcony and television in the shared area. Note: WiFi is included in the rent, but all other utilities are fixed and paid to the landlord. Things to keep in mind
- The size of the beds in rooms 1, 2, 3 are between a single and a double. Beds in rooms 4 and 5 are a bit bigger than a standard double.
- Bedroom 6 and 7 on the floor plan have been converted into the entrance hall and living room. See 2nd video to see renovations.

48 hours before checking in, it is essential that:
- You have the signed and completed contract.
- The mandatory payments have been made:
- Security deposit.
- First monthly payment.
- Membership (admin fee).
- In addition, you must contact our team in advance through the owner's customer area to confirm your arrival date and time.
- If your move-in date is on or after the 16th of the month, the payment you make to Spotahome will be used to cover the following month. The 15 days of the current month must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
