This modern studio apartment is available to rent in Almagro. A great space, with AC, and a well equipped, brand new kitchen with a dishwasher, this would be an ideal home for a young couple or professional. The furniture includes a sofa and a coffee table, as well as a desk, and you will have a large flat-screen TV. There is a small "garden of Lights" outside of the apartment, which has tables and chairs for tenants to enjoy.

Almagro is a very cosmopolitan area, where you will find plenty of shopping, bars, cafes, and restaurants. The very popular and pleasant Plaza de Olavide is a few minute's walk away, which is the perfect place to spend an evening at a terraza with some friends. You will also be living right next to several grocery stores and the ubiquitous El Corte Inglés department store, which is very convenient.

What we liked the most

  • We love that you will have a little garden of Lights, very rare with a studio.
  • You will have lots of modern furnishings and fittings including AC and a dishwasher.
  • You will be living just a few minutes from the lovely Plaza de Olavide.
  • Having an El Corte Inglés on your doorstep is very convenient!

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building..
  • The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
