Recently renovated in modern and minimal style. The living area overlooks a pleasant balcony is very bright and consists of open kitchen with dining table, living area with smart TV and study corner. The sleeping area consists of a single bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet and a double bedroom with single beds that can be joined, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet; the sleeping area also overlooks a pleasant balcony facing the building's greenery. Perfect for business and leisure stays, it is located in the heart of the lively and characteristic Navigli pedestrian area, equipped with all services, shops, bars and restaurant, a few steps from Corso di Porta Ticinese and Corso Genova, the green M2 Porta Genova subway stop and streetcar 10 are very close. Perfect location for Bocconi University and Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, NABA academy and to easily reach the center of Milan, the Duomo and Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
