Welcome to my 84 m² apartment on the first floor of the 16th arrondissement. Perfect for up to four guests, it features two cozy bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in Paris.
This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Step into this beautifully designed 84 m² apartment, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing.
The dining area features a table that comfortably seats up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds (140x200) dressed in high-quality hotel-grade linens. Ample wardrobe space is provided to make you feel right at home.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower, with a washing machine for your convenience. The toilet is separate.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
