Room with balcony in a two-room flat, near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The flat is clean and well maintained. It consists of two lockable rooms, bathroom and small kitchen with a dining table. You will have just one neighbour, living in the second room.
Top Warsaw's Location: Mokotów District, , only four minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, two minutes walk to tram/bus stops in Puławska street, ten minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to shopping mall Westfield Mokotow and to the Mokotow office centre (wittily called Mordor). Easy access by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Well connected with schools and universities, e.g, with Vistula, SGH, WUT, walking distance to Lazarski University. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like foodies' event Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday just two minutes walk from us.
Property is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, gyms.
Like in any shared flat it is important that all tenants participate in maintaining cleanliness in the flat, and do not make noise here.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in Ksawerów, Warsaw. It is exterior and does not include central heating. The property is fully furnished and includes an equipped kitchen featuring an oven. Smoking is allowed.
The apartment is situated near various attractions such as Viet Town and Luxi Beef Hotpot restaurants, with numerous other dining options like Sushibu and Po Prostu Art Bistro also nearby. Additionally, the Centrum Europejskie Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego and the Pokolenie Kolumbów tourist attraction are within close proximity, making this an excellent residence near a vibrant array of points of interest.

What we liked the most
Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations.
Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently communicated, just minutes drive to center. Location: Warsaw Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to Galeria Mokotów, and Mordor.
Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 9 minutes with Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to Galeria Mokotów.
Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, WUT, SGGW, Lazarski, Warsaw University and others. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) in the park nearby each Sunday from spring to summer.
Apartment building is located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops (including several grocery shops opened on free Sundays), supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, bike paths. You can store your bike in the garden if you like.
