Rooms are for rent in a renovated, 100 m² house with a garden in the neighbourhood of Forest. This property is spread over 3 floors and is therefore relatively large. This house has a spacious, furnished kitchen located on semi-basement level with natural day-light, accessible from the entrance hall, and a dining area where tenants can spend time together.
Forest is a lively residential area situated to the South West of Brussels's centre. Tenants can reach Parc du Den in 5 minutes and Parc de la Forest is a 2-minute walk away. These are large open spaces which are very pleasant to visit during the summer. The property is also well connected to the city centre, as it is close to several tram stops and Gare de Forest-Est train station.

Bedroom 3: this spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and access to its own balcony. This room also has a heating unit for warmth in winter, and a desk for studying or working from home. Tenants can store their belongings in the chest of drawers or the built-in wardrobe that is provided.
