  • The washing machine works with coins.
  • Salary or guarantor has to be 3 times the price of the flat + utility bills + flat fee
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-out dates: your booking must end on the 14th, 15th, 30th or 31st of the month
    • December checkouts: not allowed
  • Additional fees:

El propietario tiene 24 horas para responder a tu petición de reserva. Si acepta, se cargará tu pago y te pondremos en contacto con el propietario. Si no acepta, no te preocupes, no te cobraremos nada y nuestro equipo te ayudará a encontrar alternativas.
Una vez aceptada tu reserva, acuerda con el propietario los detalles del día que llegas, la recogida de llaves, etc. Spotahome sólo transferirá el pago del primer mes al propietario 48 horas después de tu llegada, a menos que nos comuniques algún problema.
Recuerda: tienes 24 horas para comprobar que todo está correcto en tu nuevo hogar
